Preserving the history of America's fading and vanished towns,
communities and other places of habitation through education.

Mission is to support, promote and register transcontinental walks. Provide uniform rules governing the  sport. Promote Tourism and Commerce through walking events. Provide fund raising opportunities to  charities, foundations and humanitarian causes. Promote walking, walking clubs as a healthy form of exercise.
